1. The object of the order is a service consisting of:
(a) the collection and development of a whole mass of municipal waste collected from property owners residing in the Gromnik Municipality from sołectw: Brzozowa, Chojnik, Golanka, Gromnik, Polichty, Rzepiennik Marciszewski, and Siemiechów,
(b) the establishment, organisation and conduct of the Community Waste Selective Collective Point,
in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods, and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage of the appropriate level.

2. In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888) and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Gromnik, the service includes:
(a) the collection and development of the entire mass of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside, including waste:
- unsegregated (mixed),
- segregated,
- biodegradable including green waste,
- large-sized, construction and demolition waste waste electrical and electronic equipment, spent tyres, expired medicines and chemicals, spent batteries and batteries, textiles and ash.
Auxiliary data to compile the valuation:
- the area of the Municipality of Gromnik - 70 km2;
- population as of 31.12.2020 — 8,967;
- number of persons permanently checked in at 31.12.2020 — 8,967 — time: 134 persons, total 9101 persons;
- the number of declarations made — 2467,

Waste Receiving Requirements
1) unsegregated municipal waste (mixed waste) and residual waste — will be collected (depending on the choice of the owner of the property) in containers located at the property or in black bags (applies to properties located at the main communication strings) or only in black bags
2) selective municipal waste (segregated waste) — collection will take place in the bag system
3) biodegradable waste (including green waste) — collection will take place in a bag system (brown color) or in containers
4) ash — formed on inhabited properties is received once a month during the heating period (i.e., 01 October to 30 April), on the date of receiving unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste. In addition to this period, the ash is delivered to the stationary Selective Communal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in its own right (free of charge).
Stationary Point of Selective Communal Waste Collections (PSZOK)
1) The Contractor undertakes to establish a stationary Selective Collective Point of Municipal Waste in the territory of the Municipality of Gromnik or at a distance of not more than 10 km from the centre of the Municipality and to ensure its proper functioning from Monday to Friday from 7:00 - 15:00, according to with the Terms and Conditions of PSZOK to be developed by the Contractor and accepted by the Ordering Party.
Mobile Point of Selective Collective Municipal Waste Collection
1) The Contractor is obliged to organize once a year on the territory of the entire Municipality of Gromnik, Mobile Point of Selective Collections of Municipal Waste
Other requirements in accordance with Chapter IV of the SWZ.
