Kitchen equipment
Existing building (Building C): The shoemaker's building from the 1960s is to be preserved and will be renovated in terms of energy efficiency and restructured in its function. Two kitchenettes in converted rooms are part of this course.
New building (Building E): Mensa with a regeneration kitchen designed for communal catering in homes, schools, day-care centres and sanatoriums.
The furniture within all kitchen areas is made of CNS in the hygienic version H1 unless described in more detail. The installation of all work cabinet systems and tables, appliances, etc. is intended as a foot stand with a plinth panel. In addition to the regenerating kitchen of the canteen, a kitchenette, designed as a household kitchen, will be installed in the dining room. This is also part of this course.
The entire kitchen technology system included in the specifications must be delivered completely ready for operation, professionally assembled and put into operation, including instruction for the future user.
