The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of office supplies, xerographic paper and dust jackets for the needs of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw and its subordinate units.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for both parts is included in Annex 1 to this SWZ. Other regulations regarding the subject of the contract are indicated in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex 2.1 for part 1 to this SWZ.
3. The scope of the contract includes transport and transport to the headquarters of the Ordering Party and its individual units, along with unloading at the place indicated by the Ordering Party or a person authorized by him.
4. The subject of the order will be delivered successively, based on the Ordering Party's orders, in which the type and number of the ordered material will be specified each time. The Contractor shall provide:
1) office supplies to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, Chocimska 28 (warehouse) by transport, within 3 (three) business days from the date of placing the order by e-mail. Deliveries should take place on working days between 8.30 and 14.30,
2) xerographic paper to the units indicated in Table 2 included in the Description of the subject of the order, by its transport, within 3 (three) business days from the date of placing the order by e-mail. Deliveries should take place on working days, between 8.30 and 14.30,
5. The products offered must be new.
6. The Ordering Party requires a quality guarantee for each item making up the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with a quality guarantee for the products being the subject of the contract, for a period of 12 months, counting each time from the date of delivery, and if the manufacturer sets a longer warranty period - a guarantee in accordance with the one given by the manufacturer. In the event of revealing quality defects of products during the warranty period, the Contractor shall collect the complained product from the Ordering Party and deliver free from defects within 2 working days from the date of notification by the Ordering Party.
7. Equivalent solutions - in each case of use in this SWZ, description of the subject of the contract and other documentation regarding the procedure of standards referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the PPL, the Contractor should assume that such reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent", provided that they ensure that parameters not worse than assumed.
8. By equivalent product the Ordering Party shall mean a product comparable and/or compatible with the product for which it is ordered, with the same or better technical, quality and operational parameters in relation to those specified by the Ordering Party. However, if the Contractor refers to equivalent solutions, it is obliged to prove in the tender that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract and other documentation related to this procedure to an equivalent degree.
9. The quantities of individual materials shown in Annexes 1 and 2 (Order price calculation table) to the Offer Form (constituting Annex 3 to this SWZ) are estimated values adopted by the Contracting Authority to calculate the gross price of offers and their comparison. The actual scope of the contract will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. In connection with the above, the Ordering Party informs that the minimum scope of the contract to be completed is 70% of the gross contractual remuneration.
10. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims for unsolicited and unexecuted deliveries.
