1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicines authorized for marketing in the Republic of Poland, having current Registration Certificates, in the quantity and assortment specified in the Price Form of this specification (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), with a validity period of not less than 6 months, counting from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. 2. The medicines covered by this order have established quality standards. These standards have been set for each drug during its registration and are the same within the framework of the chemicals included in their composition. Drugs do not require any distinguishing elements within individual substances for their use. In addition, every drug traded in the Republic of Poland must be registered with the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products.
