Vinmonopolet shall collect tenders for the delivery of a complete modern and flexible telephony system. Wireless IP apparatuses are currently used in all our locations. A transition to mobile telephones as landlines will be considered as 1 of several alternatives. The delivery can include several of these elements:

Multi-channel exchange with flexible contact centre.

Integration between the exchange and the ERP system for our customer centre.

Operator services for land-line telephony.

Wireless telephone apparatuses.

Operator services for mobile telephony.

Subscription services for mobile telephony.

Mobile telephones.

The delivery's extent is telephony services for Vinmonopolet's shops as well as the Chain Office and remote trade stocks.

Tenderers shall not describe system proposals, but only respond to the formal requirements as stated in the qualification requirements.
