Delivery of position for screening of straight beam deflection, bar buckling test positions, frame deflection test positions and a position for studying and demonstrating hydrodynamic lubrication for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipping Engineering of Gdańsk University of Technology

The subject of the order includes the delivery of a straight-beam deflection test station, bar buckling test positions, frame deflection test positions and stations for the study and demonstration of hydrodynamic lubrication for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipping Gdańsk University of Technology

1.The subject of the order includes, among others.

(a) Transport of the object of the contract to the place designated by the Contracting Authority and his insurance, until the Contracting Authority has been received without reservation.

(b) The Contractor declares that the subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements set out in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract

(c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Contracting Authority is new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for operation, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any third party rights

d) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee of not less than 24 months.

e) If the Contractor proposes a shorter guarantee period, the offer shall be rejected as not complying with the requirements of the Contracting Authority

4. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ
