The department needs to be able to quickly dispose of excavated soil, with varying degrees of pollution, at a certified landfill site for repairing water and sewage leaks and for the department's maintenance and investment assignments (renovation/alterations/new laying of water and sewage pipelines). VAV would like to be able to deliver 24 hours a day, including Sundays and public holidays.

VAV would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with at least 3 service providers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable service providers and tenders. Tenders can be submitted for 1 or several parts of the procurement.

The procurement has an expected value of approximately 40 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT for the entire contract period (2 years + 1 year + 1 year). The procurement is for the reception and treatment of approximately 5 000 tons clean soil (class 1) and 25 000 tons lightly polluted soil (classes 2-3) per annum. It is difficult to estimate the amounts for the other classes. Historically we have delivered most in classes 2-3, a little less in class 1, a small amount in classes 4-5 and almost nothing in class > 5. The amounts are only meant as information for tenderers and they are not binding for the contract authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the volume if the need changes.
