1. The object of the order is the delivery and installation of working arrays and a common resource for image reconstruction, broken down into 3 parts:

— Part 1 — Delivery and installation of new arrays for the SAN network memory system,

— Part 2 — Delivery of licenses, software and network cards,

— Part 3 — Expansion of the AVID Nexis E2 working matrix system.

2. The Contractor may submit a bid for any selected number of parts.

3. Conditions for the implementation of each part of the contract are set out in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as 'the draft contract', and a detailed description of the object of the contract is listed as Annex 2 to the draft contract, respectively, for Part No 1, Part 2 and for Part No 3.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure provided for in Article 139 of the Pzp

Delivery and installation of new arrays for the SAN network memory system.

A detailed description of the object of the contract is specified in the draft contract and the detailed description of the object of the contract (annexes 2 to the draft contract, respectively, for part 1). The draft contract for each part shall contain Annex 1 to SWZ.

Delivery of licenses, software and network cards.

A detailed description of the object of the contract is specified in the draft contract and the detailed description of the object of the contract (annexes 2 to the draft contract, respectively, for part 2). The draft contract for each part shall contain Annex 1 to SWZ.

Expansion of the AVID Nexis E2 working matrix system.

A detailed description of the object of the contract is specified in the draft contract and the detailed description of the object of the contract (annexes 2 to the draft contract, respectively, for part 3). The draft contract for each part shall contain Annex 1 to SWZ.
