The Authority is seeking to meet its obligations under the European Union Procurement Regulations and is seeking to establish a series of single works framework agreements (Framework Agreement for Contractors 2016), that aid the quick and efficient appointment, under a strategic partnering framework, of suitably experienced and qualified contractors on a variety of different mixed-use housing developments. The Framework will include the detailed design, construction, completion and commissioning of new-build developments or improvements and refurbishment works to existing.

To enable the Authority to select suitably qualified construction partners for the design and construction of residential dwellings for affordable rent, shared ownership and market rent.
