This contract is applicable to major maintenance, renovation and routine repair work, to be carried out in buildings and equipment on the territory of the city of Malakoff.
This maintenance work consists essentially of a multitude of medium-sized operations, most of which are to be carried out during school holidays or in occupied sites. It is also applicable to major maintenance sites, or new works if necessary.
