The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E for the needs of the Purchasing Group of the Kraśnik Municipality for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR. Order - a comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the ToR: Estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 is 17 898 346.00 kWh. For the costs of using the subject of the contract in the above the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
The subject of this contract is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E for the needs of the Purchasing Group of the Kraśnik Municipality for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR. The gas will be delivered on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sale agreement and agreement for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and executive regulations issued based on them.
The Kraśnik commune and the units listed in Annex No. 1 to the ToR will conclude contracts resulting from these proceedings for the award of a public contract in an open tender for a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas type E for the needs of the Purchasing Group of the Kraśnik Commune. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual municipalities and their organizational units is contained in Annexes 1 and 5.1 to the ToR.
The Ordering Party, acts on its own behalf and on the basis of a signed Agreement (Agreement available for inspection at the Employer's seat), on behalf of:
- Dzierzkowice commune
- commune of Gościeradów
- the Trzydnik Duży commune
- Commune of Urzędów
- Wilkołaz commune
- Lubartów commune
As well as their organizational units, which are indicated in Annexes 1 and 5.1 to the ToR.
Order - comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the ToR:
The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2021 is 17,888,346.00 kWh.
For the costs of using the subject of the contract in the above the period consists of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee.
The estimated value of the contract in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021 is PLN 2,804,902.91. The costs incurred throughout the entire period of use of the subject of the order did not include any fees for exceeding the Contracted Capacity, fees for failure to comply with the restrictions imposed by the Distribution System Operator, and other additional fees set out in the Distribution System Operator Tariff, Traffic and Operation Instructions Distribution Network, which applies to all Contractors and Purchasers (sellers and customers), under the rules resulting from the Distribution System Operator's tariff, the Instructions for the Use and Operation of the Distribution Network.
The Purchaser informs that the process of changing the seller takes place for most of the collection points once again. Detailed information is included in Annexes 1 and 5.1 to the ToR.
In the case of tapping points, where a change of seller takes place once again, the binding Agreements for the comprehensive supply of gas are concluded for a limited period until December 31, 2019, and the seller is Fortum Marketing and Sales Polska SA
