The subject of the contract is the provision of services of initiating payment transactions within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2360, as amended), consisting in the provision by the Contractor to the Entities of services in the field of Payment Processing, Transaction Authorization and Settlement and providing Users with the possibility of paying Payments to them, resulting in electronic execution of Payments, through the support of Payment Methods indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, carried out via the Internet in the e-Payment System and in the Payment Operator's System and service for Users and Units in this respect.
The subject of the contract is the provision of services of initiating payment transactions within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2360, as amended), consisting in the provision by the Contractor to the Entities of services in the field of Payment Processing, Transaction Authorization and Settlement and providing Users with the possibility of paying Payments to them, resulting in electronic execution of Payments, through the support of Payment Methods indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, carried out via the Internet in the e-Payment System and in the Payment Operator's System and service for Users and Units in this respect.
The Contractor, at its own expense and risk, shall make all changes and adjustments necessary for effective communication of the Payment Operator's System with the e-Payment System and integrate the Payment Operator's System with the e-Payment System in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, including the requirements indicated in the document "Universal Interface for Payment Operators", within no more than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract in a manner enabling the implementation of this contract, and in particular the Service of Payments made in the e-Payment System by Users.
The Ordering Party guarantees that during the period of contract execution, the number of Transactions handled using individual Transaction Methods will not be less than indicated in Chapter. II point 2.3) SWZ.
The maximum number of Transactions handled using individual Transaction Methods will not be greater than indicated in Chapter. II point 2.4) SWZ.
A detailed description of the object of the order shall be set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Detailed conditions for the provision of services are included in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix. No. 5 to SWZ.
The list of Entities for which proceedings are conducted is included in the Appendix. No. 8 to SWZ.
Historical data on the volumes of individual types of Transactions are included in the Appendix. No. 9 to SWZ.
The Contracting Authority, acting pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, requires the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ all persons performing activities consisting in:
a. providing technical support at the stage of contract implementation for Users and entities for whom the proceedings are conducted,
b. handling complaints submitted by Users or entities for whom the proceedings are conducted, on the terms and to the extent specified in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
