The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) is tendering an external consultant to conduct a review of Norwegian budget support to the Palestinian Authority in the period 2010-2017. Palestine is a major recipient of Norwegian aid, and in 2016 Norwegian budget support to the PA amounted to USD 28 000 000. (NOK 235 000 000.). The Representative Office of Norway to the Palestinian Authority administers the Norwegian support. The purpose of the review is to assess the performance of the budget support against its stated objectives. Norad will manage the review process, including the relation with the consultant.
