The contractor will provide Empty Property Care and Associated Services to include:

GSM and Radio alarms with multiple PIRs;

Electronically managed fob on keyed access system;

Vacant Property Clearance;

Sharps clearance, including clinical waste;

Pre-let clearing services and mould eradication;

Pre-let garden clearance services;

Removal of bulk refuse, abandoned vehicles etc.;

Electronically managed key system.;

Bodily waste/fluids and site disinfection.;

Graffiti removal.;

Deep Clean.;

Hire of equipment such as dehumidifiers.;

Damp and flood clean up.
