"Adaptation and maintenance along with the provision of data and testing and calibration of the vehicle pre-selection system consisting of four pre-selection stations located along national roads No. 2, 12, 17 and 19, managed by the Lublin Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways"

The subject of the contract is the adaptation and maintenance along with the provision of data, testing and calibration of the vehicle preselection system over a period of 36 months.

The adaptation of the vehicle preselection system includes the following works:

Relocation of the pre-selection station from Mosty to a new location in Annopol,

Performing works related to the repair and supplementation of system equipment,

Providing the software necessary for the functioning of the system,

In a way that allows achieving a state that will ensure the proper functioning of the system and in accordance with the requirements of the Description of the Object of the Order (OPZ).

The maintenance of the vehicle pre-selection system includes activities allowing for uninterrupted operation of the system in accordance with the requirements of the OPZ, including, among others: repair, maintenance and maintenance of continuous operation and proper technical condition of all system components, including technical and program infrastructure, continuous data supply and performance supporting activities, i.e. calibration and verification tests, ensuring that the required accuracy of data provided by the system is achieved.

The maintenance stage of each preselection system station begins on the day the works related to system adaptation are completed, with separate deadlines for completing the work of preselection system adjustment for each preselection station provided that the station meets the OPZ requirements and software necessary for its operation system.

The existing vehicle pre-selection system consists of four pre-selection stations located along national roads No. 2, 12, 17 and 19, managed by the Lublin Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways:

Station No. 1 located on national road No. 2 in the city of Woroniec,

Station No. 2 located on national road No. 12 in the city of Chojno Nowe,

Station No. 3 located on national road No. 17 in the town of Sitaniec,

Station No. 4 located on the national road No. 19 in Mosty - planned transfer to DK 74 to Annopol.

The task of the system is the selection of vehicles exceeding the permissible parameters, making it easier for the competent services to conduct traffic control and road transport on the premises of existing static weighing places located:

- within dk no. 2 on the section Międzyrzec Podlaski - Biała Podlaska at km 620 + 075

On the right side of the road in Woroniec - station 1,

- within dk No. 12 on the section Piaski - Chełm at km 648 + 901 on the left side of the road

In Chojno Nowe - station 2,

- within dk No. 17 on the Krasnystaw - Zamość section at km 168 + 383 on the right side of the road

In Sitaniec - station No. 3

And at the static weighing site planned for construction, located:

- within dk No. 74 on the Annopol-Kraśnik section at km 178 + 000 on the right side of the road

In Annopol - station 4.

Note: weighing station planned for construction in Q4 2020. The planned scope of construction of the weighing station is presented in the construction documentation constituting Annex 15 to the OPZ.
