Expert opinion on transmission techniques according to the service description

The aim of the report is to determine the conditions under which different transmission techniques can meet the values for download and upload bandwidth as well as latency specified in the TKMV and to what extent. In particular, it is a question of analysing the extent to which the telecommunications services described in § 157.2 TKG are "always" technically possible and to what extent "regular" availability of the minimum requirements can be technically fulfilled in accordance with § 2 sentence 2 and § 3 sentence 2 TKMV.

In addition, optional consulting services of up to 5 person-days are to be commissioned.
