This contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2 (21) of the Public Procurement Act, the purpose of which is to provide insurance for vehicles, vehicles and accessories of public service car fleets in Wallonia.

The guarantees covered by this contract are:

- vehicle liability,

- legal protection vehicle,

- complete omnium,

- mini omnium,

- flight,

- theft / fire,

- damage,

- broken glass,

- driver insurance,

- force of nature and animal strikes,

- assistance.

Bidders' attention is drawn to the nature of the parks to be insured. The vehicles and machines that compose them serve to ensure:

- either monitoring and surveillance missions,

- either maintenance and maintenance missions,

- or still the transport of schoolchildren between the various establishments of the same establishment (internal transport).

These missions are carried out in particular as part of the construction and management of the road network, the network of waterways and forests, the management of buildings on the one hand, and the transport of schoolchildren on the other.

Some of these vehicles are also company vehicles that can be used privately.
