The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of the City of Głowno, from January 2, 2023 to December 31, 2023, in a way that ensures that the Municipality of the City of Głowno achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of municipal waste subject to biodegradation transferred to landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2019-2025 taking into account the years 2026-2031, adopted by Resolution No. XXXVI/466/21 of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodeship of 28 September 2021 and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of the City of Głowno - Resolution NO LII/376/21 of the Council of the City of Lodz in Mainly.

1. The area of the Municipality of the City of Głowno is 1 984 ha. The population of the city is 13 259 inhabitants. The number of people (as at 29.04.2022) resulting from the submitted declarations on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management – 11,842 of which 4,328 in multi-family buildings and 7,514 in single-family buildings.
