The object of the contract is the performance of the following services: management of the RF 169 MHz transmission network in macro-zones 1 and 2; the remote reading / remote management services in compliance with the UNI-TS 11291 standards (from section 1 to section 11 as applicable), of class G4 / G6 smart meter metering units, in all areas covered by the network; support for the qualification of RF gas smart meters and staff training in relation to the management of the RF 169 MHz transmission network. The object of the contract is to perform the following services:

1. management of the RF 169 MHz transmission network which will be divided into 2 different phases, as specified below:

to. the design, construction and maintenance of a new RF network, replacing the existing one, by supplying and installing new network devices serving macro-area 1 (corresponding to the Carrassi, San Pasquale, Picone, Poggiofranco, Loseto, S. Giorgio districts) and Torre a Mare), serving a total of n. 38,150 ca. pdr (sum of 35 050 ca. smart meters and 3,100 approx. mechanical meters), all up to the performance levels prescribed / offered;

b. the design, construction and maintenance of a new RF network, through the supply and installation of new network equipment serving the macrozone 2 (corresponding to the Murat, San Nicola, Mungivacca, Carbonara, Ceglie del Campo, Madonnella, Japigia districts), overall to service of n. 44.850 ca. pdr (sum of approx. 5,450 smart meters and approx. 39,400 approx. mechanical meters), all up to the performance levels prescribed / offered;

2. remote reading / remote management services in compliance with UNI-TS 11291 standards (from section 1 to section 11 as far as applicable), of class G4 / G6 smart meter metering units, in all areas covered by the network;

3. support for RF smart meter qualification;

4. staff training in relation to the management of the RF 169 MHz transmission network.
