This concerns the open procedure for accountancy services for the municipalities of Appingedam, Delfzijl and Loppersum and the Common Regulations Werkplein Fivelingo, GemCC, SANOG and the Werkgroep DEAL, hereinafter referred to as the municipality of Eemsdelta io, or the contracting authority or client, with procurement characteristic P191036 .

The contracting authority is the municipality of Eemsdelta io (hereinafter referred to as the municipality of Eemsdelta, contracting authority or principal). From 1.1.2021 the current municipalities of Appingedam, Delfzijl and Loppersum will form the new municipality of Eemsdelta. In addition to the 3 municipalities, there are common arrangements, such as WO-DEAL, SANOG and Werkplein Fivelingo, which are expected to become part or all of the Eemsdelta municipality. GemCC is a light common regulation of the 3 municipalities mentioned above and the common regulations.

The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement between the contracting authority and 1 contractor for audit services as of 1.1.2020. The audit services meet the wishes and requirements of the contracting authority as stated in the tender documents.
