The purpose of this service contract is the drafting of the technical documentation necessary for the development of the works aimed at solving the conservation problems through the restoration of the roofs of the Sala de Dos Hermanas of the PALACIO DE LOS LEONES of the Alhambra in the spaces, defined below. Likewise, this contract also has as its object the facultative management (composed, at least, by the figures of the Project Manager, Project Execution Manager, Health and Safety Coordinator and Restorer of Cultural Property) for the coordination and advice work in the restoration works, for the execution of the aforementioned works.

The service will include the drafting of Preliminary Project, Basic and Execution Project, Health and Safety Study as well as Construction Management, Construction Execution Management and Health and Safety Coordination. Finally, the drafting of documentation on archaeological matters and follow-up work of related archaeological activities is also included.
