The Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Heßdorf, represented by the municipality of Heßdorf, operates a kindergarten at the Hannberg site with currently 3 groups, as well as associated ancillary and functional rooms.
This kindergarten is to be expanded to include the following space program: 3 further kindergarten groups with associated ancillary rooms, 2 multi-purpose rooms, a kitchen with dining room, which is to be used multifunctionally in spatial connection with a marketplace, as well as all associated functional rooms. In total, the space program of the extension comprises an eligible main usable area of approx. 465 m2.
In the course of the expansion, the access and development situation, as well as the functional processes in the existing building, are to be reorganized, so that conversions and interventions in the existing building are also to be expected. In order to examine the basic feasibility of the measure, as well as as a basis for the necessary committee resolutions, a preliminary study has already been prepared by the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Heßdorf, which must be used as a reference point for the upcoming planning services.
During the construction period, the existing kindergarten is to be vacated. For the interim measure required for this, a hall of the municipality of Heßdorf is to be expanded for temporary kindergarten use, whereby costs of € 400 thousand are expected for this. The planning and implementation of this expansion measure is part of the property planning services to be awarded.
The subject of this award is the services of object planning for buildings in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 § 33ff. HOAI 2021, Phases 1 to 9, whereby a step-by-step commissioning is planned.
