The activities of the APSM market are in support of the management of the Company and its project managers: decision support, securing projects with issues, support for the implementation of standards, recommendations and industrialization methods.

- they allow complete support of a project, from its strategic phase to its REX phase,

- they bring to the project the method and the tools necessary for its success.

The estimated value of the services entrusted lies between 35 and 40 million euros.

These APSM activities on Lot 2 Commerce are intended for the following entities: DCO, DOAAT, and subsidiaries of the perimeter.

The activities of the APSM market are in support of the management of the Company and its project managers: decision support, securing projects with issues, support for the implementation of standards, recommendations and industrialization methods.

- they bring to the project the method and the tools necessary for its success.

As an indication, the estimated value of the services entrusted lies between 45 and 55 000 000 EUR.

These APSM activities on Lot 3 Production are intended for the following entities: DPNT, DIPNN, EDF Hydro, and subsidiaries of the perimeter.

The activities of the AMOE market are in support of the Company's project managers at the stage of project realization on the phases of: design, development, integration / qualification and maintenance in operational conditions.

- they help the Company to challenge the suppliers in charge of the development of the IT applications, their deployment and their maintenance,

- they bring to the project the technical and functional complements and operational management throughout its implementation.

As an indication, the estimated value of the services entrusted is between EUR 190 and 235 000 000.

These AMOE activities on lot 4 DSIT & CORPORATE are intended for the following entities: DSIT, DSIF, HRIS, DSIG, SEI and subsidiaries of the perimeter.

The activities of the AMOE market are in support of the Company's project managers at the stage of project realization on the phases of: design, development, integration / qualification and maintenance in operational conditions.

- they bring to the project the technical and functional complements and operational management throughout its implementation.
