The services of the framework agreement to be concluded consist of the realization of services of disinsection, deratization, fight against the infestation of birds, and disinfection for all of its real estate assets. As part of its missions, SPLA-IN AMP is required to acquire real estate that does not meet standards of decency or health. The SPLA-IN AMP deploys all necessary means to ensure its tenants conditions of occupation of the rented premises healthy and serene without risk to health, and this pending a new move to another housing stock. The fight against the presence of pests in the immovable heritage empty of any occupation will also ensure during the infill management provided by the SPLA-IN the maintenance of a healthy and healthy environment.

This contract is a multi-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Two (2) successful tenderers will be appointed, subject to a sufficient number of tenders for this framework agreement to meet the needs of SPLA-IN AMP. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value of benefits. The maximum amount in value of the services is set at 300,000 euros excluding VAT (services with cumulative purchase orders for all successful tenderers) over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewals. Purchase orders will be awarded to each of the assignees using the "rotation" method. The first will be awarded to the holder ranked first, the second will be awarded to the holder ranked second, and so on.
