Contracting entity is looking for a cleaning service provider that functions as an executor, specialist and coordinator.

Pursuant to Article 2.82, first paragraph Proposal of the Act of Procurement Act 2012, the contracting authority wants to reserve the contract only to social employment companies and entrepreneurs whose social and professional integration of people from distance from the labour market to have main purpose, or to implement them for protected work, provided that at least 30% of the employees of these workshops, enterprises or programmes are people with distances from the labour market.

The scope of the assignment includes:

a) daily and periodic cleaning of the following locations of the Come Learning Foundation:

1. Administrative office;

2. BS Sint Gertrudis;

3. BS De Keerkring;

4. OBS Mesch *;

5. ABB Tangram (On the Cour);

6. BS De Cramignon (On the Cour);

7. BS Sint Martinus;

8. BS Sint Jozef;

9. OBS De Regenboog;

10. OBS Inner City;

11. IKC Dynamics;

12. BS De Den;

13. BS Maurice Rose;

14. BS Op de Tien Bunder;

15. OBS The Bundling;

16. Child center ZieZo !;

17. OBS Berg;

18. OBS Broekhem;

19. OBS De Spiegel;

20. ABB Nutsschool.
