The traffic that is relevant in this procurement consists of community-paid travel and transport in Västernorrland, divided into 18 traffic assignments. This applies in part to the special passenger traffic, consisting of travel services, public transport services and medical travel, which will be conducted from June 2021. On the other hand, the procurement also includes school transfers, scheduled services, call-controlled scheduled services, municipal travel and courier transport. In Sundsvall municipality, however, the procurement only covers sick travel, as the municipality has decided to procure other community-paid travel and transport, and school transport is included only for the municipalities of Härnösand, Timrå and Ånge.
