The city of Schwerte intends to award architectural and engineering services for the expansion as well as minor partial reconstruction measures in the portfolio of the Gänsewinkel Comprehensive School. Due to increasing student numbers, it is necessary to expand the Gänsewinkel Comprehensive School by one train, from 4 to 5 trains.

In terms of space requirements, it makes sense to accommodate years 5 and 6 in the new building, as they require more space. In addition, a space for presentation and design is desired that can be used flexibly, e.g. for high school exams, etc. Pupils should continue to be fed via the school cafeteria.

The implementation of the measure in the political area is decided on the basis of performance phase 2 or 3.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- buildings and interiors (service phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 34 in accordance with Appendix 10);

- outdoor installations (service phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 39 in conjunction with Annex 11);

- structural engineering (service phases 1 - 6 according to HOAI § 51 in conjunction with appendix 14, including constructive fire protection);

- technical equipment (service phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 55 in conjunction with appendix 15, plant groups 1 - 8);

- HOAI thermal building physics;

- sound insulation in accordance with HOAI;

- HOAI room acoustics;

- fire protection acc. to AHO.

The required services are based on the service profiles of the HOAI or the AHO. The client reserves the right to place an order in stages and, if necessary, in building sections.

In the negotiation phase (2nd stage of the process), bidders are invited to make an assessment of the services still to be performed in service phases 1 and 2 (buildings and interiors) and service phase 1 (structural design) on the basis of the documents made available with the invitation to submit a tender.
