This consultation concerns the supply of spare parts, accessories and consumables for mechanical repair work. The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement without minimum and with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into 13 lots. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator.

The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period from 1 January 2024, subject to the date of notification of the contract, until 31/12/2024
