The present service contract concerns the complete mission of study and follow-up of the execution of the works related to the project of renovation and extension of our head office.
The current head office is in a remarkable setting: former notary villa in a park. The current buildings, accesses and circulations must be reinterpreted: demolitions, extensions, renovations.
The existing gross office space is 900 m
The problems to be solved are the lack of workspaces and conviviality, the promiscuity offices / visitors, as well as the access PMR.
The aim is to envisage the future, while offering a pleasant working environment as well as a qualitative and contemporary brand image, based on the notions of hospitality and public service. The will is to preserve and enhance the exceptional site, requalify by a reorganization of access and circulation. The development of convivial spaces and the implementation of more contemporary workspaces are part of the proposal.
The study of flows and circulations, furniture, qualification and finish of interior and exterior spaces are part of the reflection.
Savings of use and new technologies will be integrated, but in a relevant and reasoned way.
The project author must have the following skills: architecture, interior architecture (furniture and signage), special techniques and PEB, stability, acoustics, landscaping, safety-health coordination.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of qualitative criteria (70%) and economic criteria (30%), better defined in the specifications.
