Project management services for the construction of a new residential complex for senior citizens as well as 2 apartment buildings on the property “On the Sandkaute”, which is owned by the foundation, in the new development area “Leuchte” in Frankfurt Bergen-Enkheim.

St. Catherine's and White Entice is an independent foundation under public law. The sole purpose of the Foundation is to provide immediate support and care for single needy women. The purpose of the Foundation will be achieved in particular through the granting of annual pensions and the creation of accommodation.

In line with the purpose of the foundation, the St. Katharinen- und Weisswrauenstift is planning a new residential complex for senior citizens on the property “On the Sandkaute” in the new building area “Leuchte” in Frankfurt Bergen-Enkheim.

In addition, 2 apartment buildings are to be built on the property, which will be made available for rent, in particular to employees of the foundation and staff from the care area.

According to current knowledge, the new development area “Leuchte” will be developed by the city of Frankfurt am Main from summer 2021. The development work is expected to be completed by the end of 2022, so that the construction of buildings can be started afterwards.

To support the project, the St. Catherine and White House would like to appoint a project coordinator to support the project and to commission project management services in accordance with the performance of the AHO, Issue No. 9 — Project Management in the Construction and Real Estate Industry, Stand 2020.

The planning services for the retirement home as well as the two apartment buildings will be awarded to a general planner as a whole.

The client intends to implement the overall measure in cooperation with a general contractor who also carries out the implementation planning independently in performance phase 5 according to HOAI.
