Planned start and end date of the contract: 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024.
Package No. 01 - Opacz ForestryThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: forest breeding, nature protection, forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, seed management and maintenance of the existing road infrastructure to be performed in the Miechów Forest District within the boundaries of the Opacz Forestry, in 2024.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Package No. 10 - Forest Ranger GoszczaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of: forest breeding, nature protection, forest protection, fire protection, tree maintenance, logging and skidding, seed management and maintenance of existing road, tourist and educational infrastructure to be performed in the Miechów Forest District within the borders of the Goszcza Forestry, in 2024.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.
The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
