The procurement is for the delivery of sports equipment and outdoor equipment for sixth form colleges in Vestfold and Telemark Counties. The Contracting Authority will also have a 4-year inspection, service and maintenance contract per location for all sports equipment. The inspection, service and maintenance contract for sports equipment will be valid from the delivery date. The estimated value of the procurement is 3 500 000 NOK excluding VAT in the contract period. The estimate is not to be seen as binding. The contract is divided into the 3 groups. Tenders can be given for one group, several groups or all.

Group 1: General sports equipment;

Group 2: Large mobile and fixed sports equipment and inspection, service and maintenance;

Group 3: Hiking and outdoor equipment.

The intention of the inspection, service and maintenance contract is to ensure that sports equipment for sixth form colleges is always of a satisfactory standard and that is complies with safety regulations.

The total value of the procurement is estimated to be 3 500 000 NOK excluding VAT in the contract period.

The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding.

The Framework Agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 years, with 1 year at a time. The total duration of the Framework Agreement will be 4 years.
