Neustadt an der Weinstraße City Administration - Framework Agreement on Company Bike Leasing

The city of Neustadt an der Weinstraße would like to conclude a framework agreement to set up a company bike leasing offer for its employees.

For this purpose, the client concludes the respective individual leasing contracts for the employees with the contractor on the basis of this framework agreement. The client agrees on corresponding usage and transfer contracts with the rights and obligations of the employees and regulates the deferred compensation. The client becomes the lessee. This is bound by the provisions of the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public sector (TV bicycle leasing).
