The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from the Orneta Commune and their transport to the Municipal Waste Treatment Installation indicated by the Municipality. The Municipal Waste Treatment Installation indicated by the Municipality (hereinafter referred to as IPOK) is Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Olsztyn, Lubelska 53 Street (hereinafter referred to as ZGOK), i.e. ZGOK via the transshipment station in Mediny and / or directly ZGOK The municipal waste collection service covers all inhabited and uninhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Orneta.

1. Determination of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from the Orneta Commune and their transport to the Municipal Waste Treatment Installation indicated by the Municipality. The Municipal Waste Treatment Installation indicated by the Municipality (hereinafter referred to as IPOK) is Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Olsztyn, Lubelska 53 Street (hereinafter referred to as ZGOK), i.e. ZGOK via the transshipment station in Mediny and / or directly ZGOK The municipal waste collection service covers all inhabited and uninhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Orneta. 2.The scope of the subject of the contract: 1) The service of collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate includes: a) collection of mixed municipal waste and municipal waste selectively collected listed in Table No. 3 of CHAPTER III of the SWZ "at source", i.e. directly from the owners of all properties located in the Municipality of Orneta, where residents live and on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, b) collection of expired medicines collected by residents at collection points of expired medicines located in pharmacies, health clinics located in the city of Orneta along with equipping them with marked containers intended for collecting expired medicines. The list of points and the description of containers for expired medicines is included in Table 4 of the SOPZ Chapter III of the SWZ. c) organization, maintenance and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in the Municipality of Orneta in the city of Orneta. PSZOK collects municipal waste provided on its own by the owners of real estate located in the Municipality of Orneta listed in Table 5 of Chapter III of the SWZ. d) transport of municipal waste collected "at source", i.e. directly from the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Orneta on which residents live and where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated, collected in PSZOK (excluding waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03 referred to in § 1 section 4 point 5 of soPZ Chapter III SWZ), collected at points of expired medicines and collected as part of the "exhibition" campaign to IPOK 2) Estimated total amount of municipal waste, i.e. municipal waste mixed and collected separately planned to be produced in the Municipality of Orneta during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 will amount to approximately 3 567 Mg, including: - mixed municipal waste - about 2 131 Mg - municipal waste separately collected - about 1436 Mg Note: 1) The Contractor will not pay for the delivered municipal waste covered by the subject of the contract to IPOK.
