The European X-Ray Free-Electron Laser Facility GmbH is building the European X-ray laser XFEL on the company premises (BG) Bahrenfeld, Osdorfer Born and Schenefeld. A new XHO office building with approx. 200 workplaces is to be built on the company premises in Schenefeld. The building is 3-storey + basement and has external dimensions of approx. L x W x H of 62.0 x 14.5 x 15.5 m. The shell is mainly a reinforced concrete structure.

The subject of the call for proposals is the metal construction work for the XFEL XHO office building project:

- 22 steel interior doors

- 10 tubular frame interior doors

- approx. 50m stair railing with stainless steel handrail

- outdoor noise barrier

- Approx. 10m² manhole grid floor

- 11 inspection flaps
