The object of the contract is the drafting of the definitive and executive project and ancillary practices, including the supervision of works and the coordination of safety during the design and execution of the works, for the construction of the new primary school in the Capital.

The drafting of the final and executive projects by the contractor must respect the content of the «Minimum environmental criteria for the assignment of design services and works for the new construction, renovation and maintenance of buildings and for the management of public administration sites »Of the ministerial decree of 24.12.2015 (GU n. 16 of 21.1.2016).

The total presumed amount of the works of the intervention for which the aforementioned services are entrusted is foreseen at EUR 2 480 000.00 and is summarily subdivided, for the purposes of the preliminary determination of the fees, into:

- building works EUR 1 165 000.00,

- concrete foundation works EUR 496 000.00,

- structural works in concrete above ground 124 000.00 EUR,

- mechanical fluid distribution systems EUR 298 000.00,

- electrical systems in general, photovoltaic, etc. EUR 397 000.00.

For the purposes of assessing the fees to be based on tenders, reference is made to the criteria established by the decree of the Ministry of Justice of 17.6.2016 (Approval of the tables of fees commensurate with the qualitative level of the design services adopted pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree No. 50 of 2016). The maximum estimated consideration based on the tender, subject to discount, for the services referred to in this contract amounts to a total of EUR 340 997.87 plus VAT tax and social security charges and other charges reflected in the terms of law, including expenses and accessory fees.
