The Clients for this tender are the municipalities of Delft, Midden-Delfland, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Rijswijk and Westland. For this tender, the Municipalities have set up a procurement team, in which the Municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) is authorized as secretary on behalf of the Municipalities to carry out the Tender Procedure, including the award. After the award, the Municipalities will conclude a joint Agreement with the Tenderer.

The purpose of this European tender is to arrive at an Agreement with one Contractor, who, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, is responsible for the contract management of Pupil and Youth Act Transport.

The number of pupils for whom pupil transport is carried out in the five municipalities is: 700. The number of juveniles for whom juvenile transport is carried out in the five municipalities is: 135. The above numbers and expectations are estimates. Tenderers cannot derive any rights from these numbers and expectations. The numbers mentioned are only indications.
