Office and school supplies, school notebooks and calendars

The North Karelia Procurement Authority is requesting to bid on office and school supplies, school notebooks and calendars as per the call for tenders for the period 1.2.2020-31.1.2022 + one (1) + one (1) year option.

The following supplies will be excluded from the competition: copy paper and paperboard, computer equipment, AV equipment, disposable tableware, toner cartridges, coffee supplies, office cleaning / maintenance supplies, subject to separate agreements.

The goods must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities. structure, equipment, work and fire safety and electrical safety.

The offer is binding and must be drafted in Finnish.
