The commercial space formerly used by McDonalds (approx. 642 m2) is located on the 1st floor of the commercial substage of Karl-Liebknecht Str. 13. Access to this commercial space is via an external staircase and an escalator. The staircase also opens up the 2nd floor (terrace floor) and is an escape route for the apartment tenants.
Gutting of the surface (demolition of slope ceilings, light partitions, wall coverings, unnecessary installations, pollutants) has already been carried out.
The commercial space is to be repaired and rebuilt for the new lease.
