The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of natural gas in the amount of 13 601 313 kWh (basic order), consisting in the supply and distribution of natural gas to the facilities of Aquanet S.A.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of natural gas in the amount of 13 601 313 kWh (basic order), consisting in the supply and distribution of natural gas to the facilities of Aquanet S.A. The Ordering Party will use gas fuel for heating purposes and for its own needs in connection with its business. The supply of natural gas will take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sales agreement and the contract for the provision of gas distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833), the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. The Contractor will supply natural gas in accordance with the applicable quality standards of customer service specified in executive acts issued on the basis of the Energy Law. The Contractor must have current agreements with the Distribution System Operator (DSO), i.e. Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., for the following areas: Poznań, operating in the Ordering Party's premises, enabling comprehensive delivery of gaseous fuel via the DSO distribution network to gas consumption points, specified in Annex 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
