The Assignment relates to the services of lawyers (advice, legal representation and knowledge transfer) in the following overarching areas of law:

5. Intellectual property and privacy

With this tender, PNH aims to achieve the following objectives:

Good legal representation in complex (and sometimes politically sensitive) legal proceedings and adequate high-quality advice on complex legal issues, with the following objectives:

• Knowledge transfer and knowledge assurance among the employees of the PNH, among other things by organizing courses and workshops and sending newsletters about legal developments;

• Control costs.

The maximum value of the Framework Agreement is € 2,400,000 excluding VAT.
