Replacement of heavy automated transport from the Saintonge Hospital Center.
The CH Saintonge is currently equipped with a heavy automated transport installation consisting of 5 AGVs with wire-guided navigation, four AGV logistics stations, five floor stations. The departure and arrival stations are equipped with guide rails on the ground. There are two modes of transport: supply (delivery of containers to the care units from the logistics stations) and de-supply (lowering the containers from the care units to the logistics stations). The purpose of this consultation is to replace the current system with technology that meets at least daily transport needs. Objectives: to have a reliable AGV transport system, flexible in its use, with a redundant vehicle with optimal maintenance and operation. No guidance and communication technology is imposed. Maintenance and operation will be carried out internally by CH agents, training must therefore be provided for in the market, as well as the supply of spare parts.
