The construction project is a three-storey new building in which the load-bearing elements are largely made of reinforced concrete. Due to the poor subsoil conditions, the foundation is carried out via bored piles. The surrounding area jumps between the east and west sides by one floor, the basement is completely integrated into the ground on the west side.

The upper floor is reduced to about 2/3 of the total area. The flat roof above the upper floor receives a PV system, the flat roof above ground floor is designed as a green roof.

The almost completely circumferential window façade is made of aluminium as a mullion-transom façade. In front of it, a superior precast concrete façade comes all over all floors - alternating between senkr. Supports and scales. Bars, each at a depth of 70 cm - for execution.
