The subject of this contract is the provision of post-warranty service of equipment owned by the Ordering Party listed in the table in Appendix No. 1 SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order and the provision of expert support services in the total amount of up to 10,000 man-hours during the term of the Agreement, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the Draft Agreement – Annex 2 to the SWZ and Description of the subject of the contract – Annex 1 to the SWZ (Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement).
