Description:

Otium residential and care centre is a new centre for elderly and includes approx. 137 accommodations for 24 hours care. The residential and care centre contains areas for the home care service and service functions such as day centre services and an open district cafe. The building will be completely in use in October 2018.



The tender contest includes the procurement of a TV system. i.e. system for IPTV in the residents' rooms and TV rooms that are usinge the current data cabling and IPTV server.

Scope:

(a) 137 IPTVs for residents' rooms;

(b) 15 IPTVs for TV rooms.
