THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1A – 1D to nin. Specification. 2. Tenders which do not have the full scope of the subject matter of the contract (in respect of the part to which they relate) will be rejected. 3. Other terms of the contract are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3A and 3B to the SWZ.

Package 1
