The planning task includes the construction of a new school building at the vocational school center in Michelstadt in the Odenwald district with a NUF area of approx. 1,310 m² and a BGF-R of approx. 8,160 square meters. The planned school building is to be constructed as a structural timber construction.

In order to find the best possible solution for this demanding planning task, an architectural competition has already been held.

In the course of this negotiation procedure, a MEP planner should complement the planning team who has already successfully completed projects of comparable complexity.

The awarding of the following planning services is planned:

1. Technical equipment planning, ALG 1-3, 7.8 (HVAC): Services acc. to §55 HOAI, Lph 1 to 9

2. Technical equipment planning, ALG 4-6 (ELT): Services acc. to §55 HOAI, Lph 1 to 9
