NBank is currently working intensively on the redesign of its working environment. On the one hand, the redesign of rooms is intended to increase employer attractiveness and, on the other hand, to promote an open and contemporary working culture.
In 2023, a desk sharing concept was introduced in parallel to mobile working, which applies to all employees and managers of NBank.
NBank would like to conclude a framework agreement with three suppliers of office equipment in order to ensure a reliable and targeted implementation of the rooms. This framework agreement is the counterpart to this tender.
In the future, there will be virtually no more personal jobs in the NBank. In many places, this project goes hand in hand with the redesign of rooms. For example, meeting offices are to be created, some of which will be equipped with soft seating elements. In addition, special rooms are planned for conducting video conferences, interactive project work and communication zones. In the meantime, NBank has set up two coworking spaces in 2023. If these prove successful, more rooms will follow here as well.
For conceptual advice on the design of new spaces, NBank will work with an architect's office in the future. A call for tenders has already been issued for this purpose. For the planning, the architect should use the product catalogues of the framework contract partners.
The budget for equipping new rooms is approx. EUR 1,100,000 until the end of the regular contract period (2025). A minimum purchase is not guaranteed.
The focus of this tender is the furnishing of new rooms in the NBank with equipment elements and furniture.
Specifically, this includes the following equipment areas or equipment elements:
1. Office furniture (tables, chairs, seating elements, cabinet elements, boards, media furniture, locker cabinets, etc.)
2. Lounge furniture for the office area and meeting points (sofas, lounge chairs, seating groups, lounge tables, stools, etc.)
3. Acoustic elements for room sound absorption (wall absorbers, ceiling absorbers, acoustic pictures, table dividers, room dividers, etc.)
4. Decorative elements for the office world (artificial plants, planters, design elements, etc.)
5. Room-in-room systems / soundproofed office cubicles (telephone boxes, meeting boxes, qubes, glass walls, etc.)
6. Lighting elements (pendant lamps. floor lamps, desk lamps, etc.)
7. Office accessories (flipcharts, whiteboards, filing systems, wardrobes, sideboards, shelves, etc.)
In addition to the delivery of the elements described above, the associated assembly and assembly services for the supplied equipment elements are also to be covered by the provider, so that they are handed over to NBank in an operational condition.
