As a result of this tender procedure, the municipality intends to contract a specialised service provider to whom the implementation of the project improper land use / active sale of shredded land can be outsourced. The project description and objectives are detailed in the tender documents.
The contract shall be awarded to the tenderer with the most economically advantageous tender determined on the basis of the Best Value for Money. A framework agreement may be concluded with the successful tenderer.

The contract shall be covered by a framework agreement. Initial contract period is three years with one (1) times one (1) year optional renewal.
