MAG sought a solution to support optimising passenger experience and operational efficiency within our airport.

The objective of a long-term partner for a Passenger Flow Measurement Solution is to establish a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship with a trusted technology provider. This partnership aims to leverage their expertise, resources, and continuous support to develop, implement, and maintain an efficient and reliable Passenger Flow solution.

A negotiated procedure was followed with an initial down selection at PQQ stage. Three bidders were taken through to the ITN stage and one suppler was awarded the Framework to deliver a passenger flow solution to MAG.
